204 Neoprene® AMS-DTL-23053/1 CL. 1 & 2; MIL-R-46846 Typ. 1 CL. 1. Provides fluid and solvent resistance including aviation fuels, hydraulic fluids, and lubricating oils. Remains flexible at low temperatures. Excellent abrasion protection and strain relief. -75º C to 120º C
205 Dual wall, adhesive-lined polyolefin, 2:1 and 3:1 AMS-DTL-23053/4 CL. 2 & 3 Meltable adhesive which flows when heated. Used to seal and protect a wide variety of electrical applications including breakouts, connectors to cable transitions, strain relief and wire splices. -55º C to 110º C
206 Semi-rigid, adhesive-lined polyolefin AMS-DTL-23053/4 CL. 1 Insulation and environmental protection in applications requiring superior strain relief and abrasion resistance. -55º C to 110º C

102 Low temperature vinyl - 7444 & 631 grades M IL-I-7444 Type 1 & 3; MIL-I-22076. MIL-I-631 Gr. A & B; ASTM D922 Its low temperature characteristics make it useful in wiring harness jackets, electrical harnesses for airborne equipment, and snow machines. 7444: -70º C to 85º C
631: -55º C to 90º C
103 Thin wall PVC - Lead Free MIL-I-631 Gr C. Flexible with a high dielectric strength. Resistant to heat, abrasion and most chemicals, oils and acids. VW-1 rated. -30º C to 105º C
106 FEP ASTM D 2116 Applications similar to PTFE. FEP is more translucent than PTFE. -75º C to 200º C

105 Acrylic coated fiberglass Class 155º C; MIL-I-3190/3; ASTM D372 Motor lead outs and crossovers, dry and oil filled transformers, welding equipment, radio and TV circuitry -25° C to 155° C
107 Silicone coated fiberglass Class 200º C; MIL-3190/6; ASTM D372 Protective coverings for wiring harnesses, aerospace wiring leads, appliances, high voltage transformers, high temperature -75° C to 200° C
109 Saturated & heat treated fiberglass Heating appliances, lighting fixtures where additional mechanical protection is required and space factor insulation is sufficient. Will withstand use temperature as high as 1200º F. -25° C to 240° C
