FEP Fluoropolymer heat shrinkable roll covers are specifically
engineered to extend roller life and eliminate roller build-up
and picking. Roll covers are used to reduce down time in a wide
spectrum of industries including textile, packaging, printing,
photographic and food.
FEP's unique properties include almost universal chemical
resistance, zero moisture absorption, and the best anti-stick
/ release surface possible.
Most materials do not adhere to FEP, those materials that
may "cling" to the surface are easily wiped off with
a damp cloth. Nothing releases adhesives and glue as well as
FEP and no other surface prevents picking and build-up like
FEP.
FEP roll covers are produced with a .020 " wall thickness
for rollers from ½ to12 inches in diameter and lengths
up to 10 feet.
FEP's unique design produces a cover with no surface imperfections
and greater flex life, which is especially important on
rubber rollers.
